基于JCI标准的医院信息化建设与管理实践

摘要

目的:医院通过信息化建设与信息管理保证顺利通过JCI评审.方法:通过信息系统建设、信息流程优化、医院组织、持续督导等多种方式,按照JCI评审要求对信息化进行全方位的管理.结果:2016年12月通过JCI认证.结论:只有符合实际的管理手段、信息化建设与改造才能有效确保JCI评审顺利通过.%Objective: By using information technology and applying information management, the hospital can guarantee the smooth adoption of JCI review. Methods: By constructing the information system, optimizing information flow, hospital organization, and with continuous supervision as well as other means, hospital can carry out all-round management of information technology in accordance with the JCI assessment requirements. Result: JCI accreditation was passed in December 2016. Conclusion: Only in line with the actual management tools, information technology and transformation can effectively ensure the JCI review passed.
