加压CO2对乳中荧光假单胞菌杀菌效果的研究

摘要

Sterilization effect of high pressure CO3 on Pseudomonas fluorescens in milk was studied.The lethal effect of CO2 pressure, treatment time .treatment temperature on Pseudomonas fluorescens were studied by single-factor experiment; then the optimal sterilization conditions was determined by the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the lethality rate of Pseudomonas fluorescens was 99.80% when it was under the optimal sterilization conditions of 7 MPa, 70 min and 40℃%为了研究加压CO2对乳中荧光假单胞菌的杀菌效果,首先采用单因素试验研究处理压力、处理时间和处理温度分别对杀菌效果的影响,然后通过正交试验确定最佳杀菌条件.结果表明:当压力为7 MPa,时间为70 min,温度为40℃时,加压CO2对荧光假单胞菌杀菌率为99.80％.
