HPLC-ELSD法测定乳酸菌饮品中磷脂酰胆碱的质量浓度

         

摘要

建立了HPLC-ELSD法测定乳酸茵饮品中磷脂酰胆碱质量浓度的方法.采用Welch SiO2色谱柱,流动相正己烷-异丙醇-水(体积比为35∶62∶15),流速为1.0 mL/min;蒸发光散射检测检测器,氮气流速为2.8 L/min,飘移管温度为90℃,柱温为35℃.结果表明:磷脂酰胆碱在0.100~2.00 mg/mL质量浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为95.6%,RSD=0.96%.本法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于乳酸茵饮品的质量控制.%To establish a HPLC-ELSD method to measure the content of lactobacillus drink by phosphatidylcholine.A Welch SiO2 (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was a mixture of hexane-isopropanol-water (35:62:15,v/v/v) with the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, Detector was Evaporative light-scattering .N2 flow rate was 2.8 L/min,the drift tube was set at 90 ℃.The temperature of the oven was set at 35 ℃. Salidroside showed good linear relationship at die range of 0.100 g/L to 2.00 g/L.The average recovery was 95.6%(n=6),RSD=0.96%. The method appeared to be simple.convenient and precise, and can be used for control of lactobacillus drink .
