对自然发酵牦牛酸乳中优势乳酸菌多样性、生产特性以及功能特性等方面的研究现状进行综述,这对于自然发酵牦牛酸乳中乳酸菌的深入研究和应用以及乳酸菌的综合开发、利用具有重要的指导意义.%In this thesis,the recent status in the research on the diversity,the production characteristics and functional properties of lactic acid bacteria from natural fermented yak yogurt were summarized,it will offer practical guidance for the further research and application of lactic acid bacteria and the comprehensive development and utilization of lactic acid bacteria.
