对ICP-MS测定配方乳粉中碘含量的两种前处理方法沉淀法和微波消解法进行了比较研究,对比两种前处理方法的方法线性范围、检出限、精密度和方法准确性等数据,结果表明微波酸消解前处理,在弱碱性条件下用ICP-MS测定灵敏度高、精密度好,回收率在85%~110%之间.该方法操作简单便于推广,适用于乳制品中总碘含量的测定.%Two kinds ofpretreatment methods for determination of total iodine in formula milk powder by ICP-MS method,such as precipitation and microwave digestion,were compared.The linear range,detection limit,precision and accuracy of the two methods were compared.The results showed that the microwave digestion with acid and ICP-MS method under weak alkaline condition had high sensitivity and precision,and the recovery rate was between 85%~110%.The method is simple and easy to popularize for the determination of total iodine in dairy products.
