This paper systematically analyzed the source of benzoic acid and the damage to human body caused by excessive intake of it in dairy products. The high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),gas chromatography,LC-MS,GC-MS etc method for the analysis of benzoic acid in dairy products were introduced.
