玉米与花生秧混合青贮饲料发酵品质和营养成分评定

     

摘要

本试验以花生秧和全株玉米为原料,研究混合青贮饲料发酵品质及营养成分变化情况.将全株玉米与花生秧按10:0、4:1、3:2、1:1、2:3、1:4、0:10的重量比混合,即Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ和Ⅶ共7组,每组三个重复,贮藏60d进行感官评定及实验室检测.结果表明:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组感官评分最优,Ⅴ和Ⅵ组次之,Ⅶ组最低.Ⅰ组中性洗涤纤维显著高于其他组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维Ⅶ组最高,并明显高于除Ⅵ组以外的其他组(P<0.05),可溶性碳水化合物各组间差异不显著(P>0.05).随着玉米比例的减少,各组混合青贮饲料pH值、乙酸含量逐渐增高;乳酸含量Ⅰ组最高、Ⅶ组最低,各组间除Ⅲ、Ⅳ组外,差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组未检测出丁酸,其余各组丁酸含量随着玉米比例的减少显著升高(P<0.05).Ⅵ、Ⅶ组氨态氮/总氮显著高于其他各组(P<0.05).本研究结果表明,花生秧与全株玉米以适宜比例混合青贮可以有效提高青贮饲料的质量.%The aim was to evaluate the fermentation quality and nutritional component of mixed silage of peanut seedling and whole corn in this study. Corn and peanut seedling were mixed in the following proportions by weight:10:0, 4:1, 3:2, 1:1, 2:3, 1:4 and 0:10(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ group). There were 3 replicates in each group. After 60 days of fermentation, the sensory evaluation and laboratory test were carried out. Results showed that, the sensory evaluation score of the treatment Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was the best, the treatment Ⅴ and Ⅵ was lower, the treatment Ⅶ was the lowest. The content of NDF (neutral detergent fiber) in treatmentⅠwas significantly higher than other treatment groups (P<0.05). The contents of ADF (acid detergent fiber) was highest in treatment Ⅶ and it was significantly higher than other treatment groups (P<0.05) except treatment Ⅵ. The contents of water-soluble carbohydrate (WSC) has not significantly difference in the groups. The value of pH and the content of acetic acid were increased in with the decrease of the corn. The content of lactic acid was highest in the treatment Ⅰand lowest in the treatment Ⅶ, and it was significantly reduced with the decrease of the corn except the treatment Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The BA (butyric acid) was not detected in the treatment Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ, the content of BA was significantly increased in other treatment groups with the decrease of corn (P<0.05). The ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen in the treatmentⅥ and Ⅶ was significantly higher than other treatment groups (P<0.05). It was concluded that mix-ensiling with whole corn could improve the quality of peanut seedling silage.
