苏甘91是以自交不亲和系MS583-2-1-2为母本,以自交不亲和系M14-4-2-3为父本配制而成的越冬甘蓝一代杂种.叶色深绿,蜡粉中等,生育期165 d左右,叶球圆形,紧实度中等,肉质脆嫩,单球质量1.14 kg左右,667 m2产量5 012.9 kg.抗逆性强,田间调查表明对菌核病和软腐病抗性强于对照比久1038,耐裂球,耐贮性好,品质优良,适合我国长江流域及其以南地区作越冬栽培.%"Sugan 91" is an overwintering cabbage hybrid developed by crossing self-incompatible lines 'MS583-2-1-2' and ' M14-4-2-3'.
