护理临床实习教学管理模式的改进与效果

             

摘要

目的 探究护理临床实习教学管理模式的改进措施与改进效果.方法 选取我院2017届护生(接受护理临床实习教学管理模式改革)与2016届护生(未进行教学管理模式改革)各134名,对比两组护生的院内招聘成功率、临床实习教学结束时出科前考核成绩(理论成绩与实践成绩).结果 17届护生的院内招聘成功率(94.0%)高于16届护生的院内招聘成功率(46.3%);17届护生的理论成绩为(94.6±3.8)分,高于16届护生的(86.7±4.8)分,实践成绩为(95.4±3.6)分,优于16届护生的(85.8±1.6)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护理临床实际教学模式改革对提高护生的理论成绩、实习成绩、 院内录取成功率均具有重要意义,能显著提升提高护理实践教学质量.%Objective To explore the improvement measures and effect of nursing clinical practice teaching management model. Methods 134 nursing students from the 2017thnursing clinical practice teaching management mode reform and 134 students from the 2016thnursing students without teaching management mode reform were selected. The success rate of in-hospital recruitment and the results of pre-discharge examination (theoretical and practical) at the end of clinical practice teaching were compared between the two groups. Results The successful rate of the in-hospital recruitment of the 2017 nursing students (94.0%) was higher than that of the 2016 nursing students (46.3%); The theoretical results of the 2017 nursing students (94.6±3.8) points were higher than the 2016 nursing students (86.7±4.8) points, and the practical results (95.4±3.6) points were better than the 2016 nursing students (85.8±1.6) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing clinical practical teaching mode reform to improve the theoretical result, practice result of nursing students, the success rate of hospital admission is of great significance, can significantly improve improve the teaching quality of nursing practice.
