不同提取方法研究返魂草提取物中槲皮素的含量

摘要

目的：用不同提取方法提取、测定返魂草提取物中槲皮素的含量，为返魂草及其制剂中槲皮素的提取提供依据。方法用不同浓度的乙醇溶液回流提取、超声提取，提取返魂草提取物中的槲皮素，并采用高效液相色谱法检测其含量，优化最佳提取工艺并进行工艺验证。结果槲皮素的含量依次为70%乙醇回流提取>70%乙醇超声提取>50%乙醇回流提取>95%乙醇回流提取。结论返魂草提取物中槲皮素以70%乙醇回流提取为最佳。%Objective Content of quercetin in senecio cannabifolius less extract by different extracting processes to provide evidence for the extraction of quercetin in senecio cannabifolius less and its preparations. Methods Quercetin were extracted by enthanol reflux and ehthanol ultrasonic extracting, the best extracting process was chosen from different extractiong processes based on determining the content of quercetin in senecio canna bifolius extract by HPLC. Results The content of quercetin were 70%ehthanol reflux>70%ehthanol ultrasonic>50%ehthanol reflux>95%ehthanol reflux. Conclusion The best extraction for quercetin in senecio cannabifolius less extract from different extracting processes is 70%ehthanol reflux extracting.
