Roy适应模式在护理实习生中应用与其自主学习能力相关性探讨

             

摘要

目的:调查 Roy 适应模式在护理实习生中应用与其自主学习能力的相关性,明确两者之间的关系以及自主学习能力的影响因素。方法将广西某医院64名护生随机分为试验组、对照组,均为32名,试验组护生接受 Roy 适应模式带教,对照组护生接受常规带教模式。采用问卷调查法对两组护生进行自主学习能力测试。结果试验组与对照组护生在自我管理能力、信息能力、学习合作能力、自主学习能力等方面得分分别为:(43.81±2.26)vs.(25.53±1.50)、(36.75±7.45)vs.(29.34±3.97)、(25.31±2.68)vs.(20.41±1.36)、(105.88±9.95)vs.(75.28±4.93),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用 Roy 适应模式带教,有助于帮助护生解决生理需要、自我概念、角色功能和相互依赖等方面的适应问题,使其尽快适应全新的实习环境,提高自主学习能力。%Objective To investigate application of Roy Adaptation Model and relationship of the model and self-learning ability in Nursing Interns. Methods 64 nursing students from a hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were randomly assigned into two groups. 32 nursing interns in the experimental group received Roy Adaptation Model, while another 32 nursing interns in the control group received conventional teaching model. A questionnaire survey was carried out to test self-learning ability of nursing interns. Results Scores of self-management skills, information competence, cooperative ability, and self-learning ability in the experimental group and the control group were (43.81 ± 2.26) vs. (25.53 ± 1.50), (36.75 ± 7.45) vs . (29.34 ± 3.97), (25.31 ± 2.68) vs. (20.41 ± 1.36) , and (105.88 ± 9.95) vs. (75.28 ± 4.93), respectively. The differences between the two groups were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Roy adaptation model helped nursing interns to solve problems of the physiological needs, self-concept, role function and interdependence. This model helped them adapt to the new environment and enhance self-learning ability.
