影响临床护理技术操作带教因素分析及改革效果观察

         

摘要

目的:分析和探究影响临床护理技术操作带教的相关因素及改革效果。方法选择了160名在我院进行实习的护理人员作为研究对象,将其随机分成了对照组和实验组,对照组给予传统的教学方法,而实验组给予了操作带教方法,6个月对其教学效果进行了评价。结果实验组教师的评分(89.4±12.5)分高于对照组(75.6±11.3)分,而实验组中优、良学生所占比例高于对照组,中、差学生所占比例低于对照组,他们之间的数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对影响临床护理技术操作带教因素进行全面系统性的分析,然后提出有效的改进措施,不仅可以提高教师的教学水平,而且还能提高学生的综合素质。%Objective To analyze and explore the related factors affecting the teaching of clinical nursing technical operation and the reform effect. Methods160 nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group was treated with teaching method. The effect of 6 months was evaluated.Results The score of the experimental group(89.4 ± 12.5) was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group (75.6 ± 11.3), while the students in the experimental group were signiifcantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), which was lower than the control group. Conclusion The analysis of the factors affecting the operation of clinical nursing technology and the comprehensive and systematic analysis, and then put forward the effective measures to improve, not only can improve the teachers' teaching level, but also improve the students' comprehensive quality.
