舍曲林与喹硫平联合治疗首发精神分裂症患者精神抑郁的效果

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of sertraline combined with quetiapine in the treatment of ifrst-episode schizophrenia patients with mental depression splitting.Methods From March 2013 to March 2015, 92 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group. The control group was given quetiapine treatment, observation group were treated with sertraline combined with quetiapine treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results In the observation group, second and 8 w Kay's were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the negative symptoms and PANSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), the CGI score in the observation group was signiifcantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), the difference was not statistically signiifcant in adverse effect (P>0.05).Conclusion Seculin combined with the treatment of the first episode schizophrenia patients with the effect is significant, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of depression, adverse reactions.%目的：研究分析舍曲林联合喹硫平治疗首发精神分裂症患者精神抑郁的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月～2015年3月我院收治的首发精神分裂症患者92例，随机分为两组，各46例。对照组给予喹硫平治疗，观察组采用舍曲林联合喹硫平治疗，对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组在第2、8周末的Kay’s低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组在第8周末的阴性症状和PANSS量表总分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组在第8周末的CGI评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论舍曲林联合喹硫平治疗首发精神分裂症患者效果显著，能够有效缓解患者精神抑郁症状，不良反应少。
