儿科住院医师规范化培训的教学体会

摘要

住院医师规范化培训是医学专业毕业生毕业后继续医学教育的重要组成部分。我院儿科住院医师规范化培训有了长足发展，形成了自己的培养体系，充分调动住院医师的学习积极性和规范化培训导师的责任心，通过对传统教学手段的改革，提高住院医师临床基本技能、科研能力、终身学习能力，从而提高儿科住院医师的综合能力和素质。%Pediatric residencystandardized training plays an important role in the continuing medical education after graduation. It has been about 20 years for the Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University to implement the Pediatric residency standardized training. Therefore, a characteristic training system is emerging which improved the trainee’s clinical ability, as well as the capability of research and lifelong learning by motivating the trainee’s learning potential under the guidance of the instructor and the innovation on the former teaching methods.
