超声心动图对非心脏手术患者麻醉前心脏评估的作用

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of echocardiography in patients with non cardiac surgery.Methods 40 patients with anesthesia of ultrasonic echocardiography were examined for the presence of abnormal ventricular function of non cardiac surgery patients and 40 cases of examination found no abnormalities in patients were studied, compared two groups of patients in the operation process of vital signs changes.Results There were differences in the changes of vital signs in the two groups. Conclusion In the course of the operation, the patients with abnormal blood pressure and heart rate are prone to be paid attention to in the process of operation.%目的 分析超声心动图对非心脏手术患者麻醉前心理评估的临床作用.方法 选择40例麻醉前超声心动图检查存在心室功能异常的非心脏手术患者和40例检查未发现异常患者进行对照研究;对比两组患者在手术过程中生命体征的变化情况.结果 两组患者在手术期间的生命体征变化存在差异.结论 麻醉前超声心动图检查饮食异常患者在手术过程中,容易出现血压降低、心率失常等情况,需加以重视.
