目的 探讨输尿管镜引导下筋膜扩张器治疗男性尿道狭窄的方法和疗效.方法 本组16例男性尿道狭窄患者,使用输尿管镜引导下筋膜扩张器治疗.结果 14例外伤后尿道狭窄患者疗效满意,1例前列腺电切后后尿道尿道狭窄患者尿道扩张后4个月在我科再次行前列腺等离子电切术,效果满意.1例拔除导尿管后排尿困难,因脑血管意外等原因,放弃进一步治疗.结论 输尿管镜引导下筋膜扩张器治疗男性尿道狭窄具有简便、高效、安全、成本低等特点.%Objective To explore the ultrasonic guided fascia dilator methods and curative effect for the treatment of male urethral stricture. Methods selected 16 cases of male patients with urethral stricture, ureteroscopy guided by using fascia dilator therapy. Results 14 exception injury patients with posterior urethral stricture, satisifed, 1 case of patients with posterior urethral stricture formation after prostate electricity cut 4 months after urethral expansion line again in our department prostate plasma cut method, effect is satisfactory. The other 1 case after urethral catheter in patients with dysuria, by reason of cerebrovascular accident, gives up the further treatment. Conclusion Ureteroscopy guided fascia dilator male urethral stricture treatment is simple, efifcient, safe, low cost, is worthy of clinical choice.
