手术室护理教学中行动导向教学法的应用实践

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of action-oriented teaching method in the operating room nursing teaching. Methods 100 operating room nursing staff were chosen in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and routine group in each group of 50. Experimental group action orientation teaching method, the conventional group adopts the traditional teaching method, the effect of differences compared to two kinds of teaching methods. Results The experimental group students' comprehensive ability skill is much better in the conventional group, comparing differences statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of action-oriented teaching method in the operating room nursing teaching can improve the study enthusiasm of nursing staff and self-study ability, strengthening the consciousness of ifrst aid, communication ability and team cooperation ability, improve the level of care.%目的:探讨手术室护理教学中行动导向教学法的应用。方法选取我院100名手术室护理人员,随机分为实验组与常规组两组,每组各50名。实验组采取行动导向教学法,常规组采取传统教学法,对比两种教学方法的成效差异。结果实验组学生的综合能力技能好于常规组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理教学中应用行动导向教学法可以提高护理人员的学习积极性与自学能力,增强急救意识、沟通能力与团队合作能力,提高护理水平。
