眼科门诊治疗中对严重眼心反射的防治对策

摘要

Objective To explore the prevention countermeasure of seriousness oculocardiac reflex in ophthalmology ambulatory treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis 120 cases with oculocardiac relfex clinical data from August 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital. Divided all patients into two groups randomly, each group had 60 cased. The control group patients who had prophylaxis and treatment countermeasure before carried out, the observation group patients who had prophylaxis and treatment countermeasure after carried out, and analyzed the oculocardiac reflex rate of two groups. Results The observation group had 9 cases occurred the oculocardiac relfex, the rate was 15%, the control group had 18 cases occurred oculocardiac reflex, the rate was 30%. The observation group oculocardiac reflex rate was lower than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion After oculocardiac relfex prevention measures, oculocardiac relfex patients decreased.%目的：探讨眼科门诊治疗中对严重眼心反射的防治对策。方法回顾性分析2012年8月～2014年10月我院收治的120例眼心反射患者临床资料，将所有患者随机分为两组，各60例。对照组为防治对策实施前眼科患者，观察组为防治措施实施后眼科患者，分析两组患者眼心反射概率。结果观察组中9例发生眼心反射，概率为15%，对照组中18例发生眼心反射，概率为30%。观察组发生眼心反射概率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论实施眼心反射预防措施后，眼心反射患者减少。
