目的：分析应用血液净化治疗危重型出血热的效果，探讨其细胞因子的变化。方法选取2013年3月～2015年5月期间我院收治的18例危重型出血热患者，在基础治疗上应用血液净化治疗，观察治疗前后各细胞因子的变化情况。结果患者的总胆红素、肌酐、ACT等指标有明显好转，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05，治疗后，TNF-a、IL-6、IL-10等细胞因子有明显改善，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论血液净化治疗危重型出血热效果良好，能有效清除细胞因子和有害物质。%Objective To analysis of application effect of blood puriifcation in the treatment of severe haemorrhagic fever, discuss the changes of cytokine. Methods Between March 2013 and May 2013 in our hospital during the period of 18 cases of critically ill patients with hemorrhagic fever, application of blood purification in the treatment of foundation treatment, observe the change of the cytokines before and after the treatment. Results The patients of total bilirubin, creatinine, ACT and other indicators have improved markedly, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05, after treatment TNF -a, IL-6, IL-10 cytokines have markedly improved, such as difference was statistically signiifcant, P<0.05). Conclusion Blood puriifcation treatment critically ill haemorrhagic fever effect is good, can effectively remove cytokines and harmful substances.
