探讨心内科护理存在的安全问题与对策

摘要

Objective Department of cardiology nursing work has many safety problems, and to analyze these problems, to ifnd a solution. Methods According to our hospital in 15 cases of cardiology nursing staff to conduct research and analysis, conducted a questionnaire on their investigation, research and analysis the nursing staff's score, the security problems are summed up and give the solution. Results The individual lowest score of the nursing staff was 48, the highest score was 93, the average score was 54, the highest score was 89, and the average score was 752 points. Analysis of the Department of cardiology nursing safety problems: professional knowledge is not solid, the lack of safety management system, the lack of nursing staff, the patient's own factors. Conclusion The Department of cardiology nursing safety problem is solved, need to carry out regular nursing safety training, the safety management system, harmonious nurse patient relationship, improve the patient satisfaction.%目的心内科护理工作有很多的安全问题存在，对这些问题进行探讨分析，寻找解决方法。方法根据我院的15例心内科护理人员来进行研究分析，对他们进行问卷调查，研究分析这些护理人员的得分，对存在的安全问题进行归纳，给出解决对策。结果护理人员单项最低得分为48分，最高得分为93分，平均最低得分为54分，最高得分为89分，平均得分752分。分析得出心内科护理中安全问题有：专业知识不扎实、安全管理制度缺失、护理人员匮乏、患者自身因素等。结论对心内科护理安全问题进行解决，需要定期的进行护理安全培训，对安全管理制度进行完善，和谐护患关系，提升患者的满意度。
