体外循环心脏不停跳在成人房间隔缺损修复中的应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨体外循环心脏不停跳在成人房间隔缺损修复中的应用价值。方法选取106例成人房间隔缺损患者，均在浅低温或常温体外循环心脏不停跳下行房间隔缺损修复术治疗，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者均成功修补，且无一例患者死亡。术后仅1例患者行早期二次止血处理，9例患者出现心律失常现象，3例患者出现切口脂肪液化，1例患者发生心包积液现象。结论在浅低温或常温体外循环心脏不停跳下对成人房间隔缺损患者实施修补治疗效果显著，安全性高。%Objective To explore the effect on extracorporeal circulation heart beating in adult atrial septal defect repair. Methods Selected 106 caseswith atrial septal defect, were in the mild hypothermia or normothermia cardiopulmonary bypass in beating heart repair of atrial septal defect treatment and retrospectively analyzed the clinical data. Results This group of patients were successfully repaired, and none of the patients died. Only 1 cases of patients with postoperative early in the two hemostatic treatment, 9 cases with arrhythmia, 3 cases of patients with incision fat liquefaction, 1 cases of patients with the occurrence of pericardial effusion. Conclusion There has good effect and high safety of extracorporeal circulation heart beating in adult atrial septal defect repair in mild hypothermia or normothermia temperature.
