原发性高血压合并糖调节受损患者应用缬沙坦的短期干预效果观察

摘要

目的 研究缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压合并糖调节受损的短期干预效果.方法 选取我院94例高血压合并糖调节受损患者给予80 mg/d剂量缬沙坦治疗,8周观察治疗前后患者各指标改变.结果 治疗后患者餐后2 h血糖显著降低(P<0.05),其他指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 原发性高血压合并糖调节受损患者大多存在明显肾损害,缬沙坦可显著改善机体糖代谢异常,提高血压控制率.%Objective To study the effect of valsartan in the treatment of primary hypertension with impaired glucose regulation effect of short-term intervention. Methods In our hospital 94 cases of hypertensive patientswith impaired glucose regulation in patients treated with 80mg/d dose of valsartan in the treatment of each index, changes of patients before and after 8 weeks treatment. Results After the treatment of 2H patients with postprandial blood glucose was significantly decreased (P>0.05), with no significant difference in other indexes (P < 0.05). Conclusion The patients with essential hypertension patients with impaired glucose regulation most obvious renal damage, valsartan can significantly improve the abnormal glucose metabolism, improve blood pressure control rate.
