代谢综合征与心血管疾病的相关研究进展

摘要

With the improvement of living standards, people at all levels in the diet has a bigger change, which satisfies the needs of different population, but provided people with more risk. In recent years, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in our country is rising year by year. The cause of this situation not only the aging process of our country have a certain relationship, but also the increase in population in our country the quality of life in the body metabolism disorders, metabolic syndrome risk increase. This paper discuss relationship between metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases, from all aspects to understand their relationship, and points out that the use of the metabolic syndrome to predict cardiovascular disease (CVD) method, and briefly discuss countermeasures to intervention and treatment of metabolic syndrome.%随着现代人生活水平的不断提高，各阶层人群的膳食结构有了较大的转变，其满足了不同人口的需求，但同时也给人们带来了更大的患病几率。近几年来，我国的心血管类疾病发病率正在呈现逐年上升的情况。造成这种情况的原因与我国老龄化的进程有着一定的关系，但同时也是由于我国人口生活质量提高，体内代谢状况紊乱有关，代谢综合征几率增高的原因。本文对代谢综合征和心血管疾病之间的关系进行探讨，从各个层面了解了个中的关系，并指出利用代谢综合征对心血管疾病进行预测的方法，同时简要论述了如何干预和治疗代谢综合征的对策。
