奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果探析

Objective Treatment method and effect of Octreotide combined with Ulinastatin medication in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis are to be studied. Methods Choose 33 patients of severe acute pancreatitis that are treated in hospital from April 2013 to October 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 18 patients in study group are given Octreotide combined with Ulinastatin medication treatment, while 15 patients in control group are given Octreotide medication treatment only and then compare patients’ recovery condition between two groups.ResultsPatients’treatment efficacy in study group is 94.44%, while treatment efficacy in control group is 80.0%; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).ConclusionOctreotide combined with Ulinastatin medication is of efifcacy in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis; it is conducive to patients’ recovery of illness indicators with medication safety and efficiency; thus, such an effective treatment method is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.%目的：探究重症急性胰腺炎患者采用奥曲肽和乌司他丁的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年10月收治的33例重症急性胰腺炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组18例患者选择奥曲肽和乌司他丁的联合治疗，对照组15例患者选择奥曲肽的治疗，对比两组患者治疗后身体的恢复情况。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.44%，对照组患者治疗有效率为80.0%，疗效差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论重症急性胰腺炎患者采用奥曲肽和乌司他丁联合治疗，能够使各项指标得到有效恢复，安全性高，疗效显著。
