硫普罗宁联合维生素E治疗酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：观察分析硫普罗宁联合维生素E治疗酒精性脂肪肝临床的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月～2014年6月收治的酒精性脂肪肝患者100例，随机分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组给予硫普罗宁静脉滴注，0.2 g/次，1次/d；观察组在对照组的基础上给予维生素E 100 mg/次，2次/d。观察分析两组患者在治疗后的治疗效果、药物不良反应及患者满意度等。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应情况低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论硫普罗宁联合维生素E治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效显著，可减少患者不良反应，提高患者满意度。%Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of tiopronin combined with vitamin E in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver in clinic. Methodsselected in our hospital from 2013 June to 2014 June were treated patients with alcoholic fatty liver in 100 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each. The control group was given tiopronin intravenous drip, 0.2 g/ times, 1 times /d; observation group in the control group was given based on vitamin E100mg/, 2 times /d. Observe and analyze the curative effect of two groups of patients after treatment, adverse drug reactions and patient satisfaction.Results In the observation of patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05); to observe the adverse reactions of patients was signiifcantly lower than the control group, with statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of tiopronin combined with vitamin E in treatment of alcoholic fatty liver signiifcantly, can reduce the adverse reactions of patients, improve patient satisfaction, worthy of extensive application and popularization in clinical.
