人工肝（血浆置换）治疗重型肝炎86例临床观察

摘要

目的：观察人工肝（血浆置换）治疗重型肝炎临床效果。方法统计分析2011年3月～2014年10月我院收治的重型肝炎患者86例的临床资料。结果研究组患者的治愈率83.72%（36/43）显著高于对照组30.23%（13/43）（P＜0.05）；死亡率16.30%（7/43）显著低于对照组69.76%（30/43）（P＜0.05）。结论人工肝（血浆置换）治疗重型肝炎临床效果显著。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of artificial liver (plasmapheresis) in the treatment of severe hepatitis. Mehtods The clinical data of 86 cases of severe hepatitis patients in our hospital from March 2011 to October 2014 were statistically analyzed. Results The cure rate of the study group 83.72%(36/43) was signiifcantly higher than the control group 30.23%(13/43) (P<0.05), the mortality rate 16.30%(7/43) was signiifcantly lower than the control group 69.76% (30/43)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Artiifcial Liver (plasmapheresis) in the treatment of severe hepatitis is signiifcant.
