目的：探讨对手足口病患儿进行综合性护理的临床疗效。方法随机选取2012年3月～2014年3月我院收治的80例手足口病患儿，将符合纳入标准的80例患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组各有40例患儿。对照组患儿进行常规护理，研究组患儿在常规护理的基础上进行综合性护理，比较分析两组患儿的住院时间、病情明显好转（如发热及疱疹消退）时间、以及并发症的情况，对结果进行统计学处理。结果研究组患儿的住院时间，病情明显好转时间，包括发热消退时间、疱疹消退时间，明显短于对照组患儿，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论在常规护理的基础上对手足口病患儿进行综合性护理干预，不仅能提高疾病治疗的临床疗效，有效减短疾病的治疗时间，还能降低并发症的发生率。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive care intervention on child patients with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 80 cases of children with HFMD from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group including 40 cases. Children in the control group were given routine nursing, while children in the experimental group were given comprehensive care intervention based on the routine nursing as the control group. Compared the clinical effect, fever and herpes subsided time and the complications rates between two groups. Results Child patients in the experimental group recovering to normal state spent less time than the control group, which of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group. The difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive care intervention can improve the clinical effect, shorten the time of hospitalization, and be worthy of clinical application.
