微创诊疗技术治疗90例进行性血胸的临床效果观察

ObjectiveTo explore the minimally invasive treatment techniques for hemothorax therapy.Methods 90 cases of progressive hemothorax patients in our hospital with minimally invasive treatment were selected in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group were given thoracoscopic treatment, while the control group were given a balloon catheter treatment.Results All of the patients were cured after surgery for the review bedside chest radiograph showed that lung recruitment were good, without produced gas or blood in the chest. Patients in the control group were also cured, after successfully blocking the outflow without a lot of bloody fluid, and the pleural lfuid volume did not increase.Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive treatment for the progressive hemothorax of moderate amounts is remarkable, with advantages like small trauma, quick recovery and less complications.%目的：探究微创诊疗技术治疗进行性血胸的疗效。方法选取在我院进行微创治疗的90例进行性血胸患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法将患者分为观察组和对照组，给予观察组进行胸腔镜治疗，给予对照组进行导尿管球囊封堵法治疗。结果观察组患者均获得痊愈，术后进行复查床旁胸片显示肺复张良好，胸腔内不存在积气或积血。对照组患者也均获得痊愈，封堵成功后没有大量血性液体流出，胸腔积液量没有增加。结论 微创技术治疗中等量以下的进行性血胸疗效显著，并且具有创伤小、恢复快和并发症少的优势。
