主角式教学法在宫颈癌临床教学中应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application value of leading teaching method in the cervical cancer clinical teaching.Methods To select 50 trainees of gynecological oncology department at our hospital from September 2014 to June 2015, to randomly divided the treatment group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was implemented the traditional teaching method, and the treatment group was implemented the leading teaching method based on the traditional teaching method. To compared the professional assessment results, teaching effect and the acceptability of two groups. Results The professional assessment results, teaching effect and the acceptability of the treatment group was higher than the control group, there was statistical signiifcance (P<0.05).Conclusion That has signiifcant effect of leading teaching method in the cervical cancer clinical teaching, that able to significantly improve the comprehensive abilities and attainment of students, which has higher acceptability and able to promoting in the clinical teaching.%目的:探究主角式教学法在宫颈癌临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2014年9月~2015年6月在我院妇瘤科实习的学生50名,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各25名。对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组在常规教学基础上采用主角式教学法。将两组的专业考核成绩、教学效果及接受度进行对比。结果观察组学生考核成绩、教学效果及接受度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论主角式教学法应用于宫颈癌临床教学中效果显著,可显著提高学生的综合能力及素养,且接受度较高。
