基于岗位能力提升的高职医学生临床实践能力培养探索

摘要

培养高职医学生临床实践能力是适应素质教育，培养新形势下高素质医学人才的关键所在，我们必须多途径、多方式地采取具体手段来加以实现。本文结合我院高职医学专业的实践教学实际对培养医学生临床实践能力的提高进行探索研究。%Vocational Training medical students clinical practice is the ability to adapt to the quality of education and training of qualiifed medical personnel the key to the new situation, we have multi-channel, multi-mode to take specific measures to be implemented.
