微创理念和实践培训在胸外科临床型研究生教学中的应用探讨

摘要

Minimally invasive thoracic surgery in our country is in the mature period accompanied by the development of minimally invasive surgical techniques and treatment experience represented by endoscopy surgery. Thoracic surgery clinicians need higher quality to deal with the change of treatment idea and way, it also brings many challenges for clinical teaching work. We further discussed the suitable methods of minimally invasive thoracic surgery clinical teaching work by summing up experience of teaching thoracic surgery clinical graduate students.%随着以腔镜外科为代表的微创外科技术的发展和治疗经验的积累，我国的微创胸外科正处于成熟发展期，治疗理念与方式的变革对胸外科临床医师提出了更高的要求，也为临床教学工作带来了诸多的挑战。我们在总结胸外科临床型研究生带教经验的基础上，进一步探讨微创胸外科临床教学工作的适用方法。
