尿液分析仪和镜检法在尿液检测中的相关性

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation of urine analyzer and microscopy method in urine test.Methods Chose 600 cases of urine specimens, urine analyzer and microscopy method were used to detect all urine specimens of red blood cells, white blood cells and tube type positive rate. Two methods of detecting results observed. Results The positive rate of red blood cells was urine analyzer test are signiifcantly higher than microscopy method detection rate, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Urine analyzer test positive rate of white blood cells was positive rate and tube type was significantly lower than microscopy method test results, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Used to test urine analyzer and microscopy method, can improve the detection accuracy.%目的：探究尿液分析仪和镜检法在尿液检测中的相关性。方法选择600份尿液标本，使用尿液分析仪和镜检法检测所有尿液标本中红细胞、白细胞及管型阳性率。对比观察两种方法检测结果。结果尿液分析仪检测法检测的红细胞阳性检出率高于镜检法检出率，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；尿液分析仪检测法检测的白细胞阳性检出率及管型阳性检出率明显低于镜检法检测结果，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将尿液分析仪检测法与镜检法联合使用，能够提高检测准确率。
