PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a kit for non-invasively, simply, and promptly measuring a substance having specific binding to binding sites of human serum albumin and α₁-acid glycoprotein.;SOLUTION: The present invention provides: a urine examination method for bringing a urine sample of a subject into contact with at least one kind of protein of human serum albumin and α₁-acid glycoprotein, and a site specific probe having specific binding to a binding site of the protein to measure an amount of a free form of the site specific probe; and a kit for a urine examination which is used for executing the method, and includes at least one kind of protein of human serum albumin and α₁-acid glycoprotein, and the site specific probe having the specific binding to the binding site of the protein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
