快速康复护理对高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后肠功能恢复的作用探讨

摘要

目的：研究快速康复护理对高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后肠功能恢复的作用。方法选择2014年12月~2015年11月在我院接受治疗的68例高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌患者作为观察对象，通过随机数法将其分为研究组与对照组，各34例，对照组患者给予常规护理干预；研究组患者采用快速康复护理。对两组患者的术后肠功能恢复指标、并发症发生情况进行对比。结果研究组患者的术后排气时间、排便时间、胃管与引流管拔除时间等指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论快速康复护理对高龄腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后肠功能恢复具有很好的疗效，对于促进肠道功能、预防并发症发生具有重要价值。%Objective To study the rapid rehabilitation nursing of laparoscopic colorectal cancer in aged patients postoperative bowel function recovery.Methods From December 2014 and November 2015 in hospital for treatment of 68 cases of laparoscopic colorectal cancer in aged patients as research object, through the method of random divided into research group and reference group of the 34 cases, reference groups were given conventional nursing intervention, group were treated by rapid rehabilitation nursing. On two groups of patients with postoperative bowel function recovery index, complications were compared.ResultsThe group of patients with postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, gastric tube and drainage tube removal time and other indicators are better than that of the reference group, comparing the results statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05), Team in patients with postoperative complication rate is lower than the reference group, compared to the same significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing of laparoscopic colorectal cancer in aged patients have good curative effect, recovery of intestinal function in promoting the intestinal function, prevention of complications is of important value.
