根据青年教师课堂教学探讨医学院校教师专业成长

         

摘要

Young teacher is a potential force for promoting the sustainable development of higher medical education,they are active in thinking and have a solid knowledge of the subject. However, because of the short teaching time, the education and teaching level is limited, there are usual problems in the teaching process arousing the attention of the school and teachers and other parties,broaden the training of young teachers in medical colleges and universities, pay attention to the training of their education and teaching ability, and promote the professional growth of teachers.%青年教师是促进高等医学教育持续发展的一支潜在生力军,青年教师思维活跃,学科专业知识扎实,但因从事教学工作时间短,教育教学水平有限,教学过程中常常出现一系列常见的问题,应引起学校和教师个人等各方的重视,拓宽对医学院校青年教师的培养,关注其教学能力的培养,促进教师专业成长。
