缬沙坦联合美托洛尔和螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

目的：研究缬沙坦联合美托洛尔和螺内酯治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。试验对象：我院2014年2月～2016年2月收治的84例慢性心力衰竭患者。方法84例患者随机分为参照组和研究组。参照组治疗药物包括缬沙坦、地高辛、呋塞米，研究组加用美托洛尔、螺内酯。比较治疗效果。结果研究组相比于参照组总有效率更高，LVEF、6 min步行距离改善更显著，P＜0.05。结论缬沙坦联合美托洛尔和螺内酯治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效确切。%Objective To study the effect of valsartan combined with metoprolol and spironolactone in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Subjects: 84 cases of chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2014 to 2016 February. Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group. The reference group was mainly treated with valsartan, digoxin and furosemide, study group were treated with metoprolol and spironolactone to compare treatment effect. Results compared to the reference group,the total efficiency of the study group was higher, LVEF, 6 min walking distance improved significantly, P<0.05. Conclusion Valsartan combined with metoprolol and spironolactone clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure is effective.
