目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助手术治疗胃十二指肠穿孔的临床效果。方法选取2013年11月~2016年1月在我院接受治疗的109例胃十二指肠穿孔患者，随机分组，对照组54例，观察组55例，对照组行开腹手术，观察组实施腹腔镜辅助手术治疗，比较两组各时间指标及术中出血量。结果观察组各时间指标及术中出血量均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜辅助手术治疗胃十二指肠穿孔，可有效缩短患者术后住院、胃肠功能恢复及手术时间，减少术中出血量。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted surgery in the treatment of gastric and duodenal perforation. Methods 109 patients with gastric and duodenal perforation treated in our hospital from November 2013 to January 2016 were selected, randomized grouping, 54 cases in the control group, 55 cases in the observation group, the control group was treated with open surgery, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic assisted surgery, comparison of the two groups each time index and the amount of blood loss during operation. Results In the observation group, each time index and the amount of bleeding during operation were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted surgery in the treatment of gastric and duodenal perforation can shorten postoperative hospital stay, gastrointestinal function and operation time, and reduce the amount of bleeding during operation.
