苯磺酸氨氯地平联用阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂的疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension and high cholesterol. Methods 88 cases of patients were divided into two groups, control group was used about amlodipine besylate, observation group was used about atorvastatin calcium on the basis of control group. ResultsThe total effective rate, blood pressure and blood lipid in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe effect of amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension and high cholesterol is ideal.%目的：观察苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂的效果。方法随机将88例高血压伴高血脂患者平均分为两组，对照组行苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上行阿托伐他汀钙治疗。结果观察组总有效率、血压及血脂等指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴高血脂效果理想。
