目的：了解基层医院的中老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者使用吸入药物的正确情况，为加强管理提供依据。方法选择中老年COPD患者，采用直接问答及现场操作的形式，调查患者对吸入药物基本知识的掌握程度，实际操作吸入药物准确性，临床症状评分，急性加重的次数，分析总结。结果调查例数80例，完成例数76例，完成率95%，吸入药物基本知识正确掌握53.9%，气雾剂正确操作46.2％，信必可干粉制剂正确率60％，舒立迭（准纳器）正确率58.3%，思力华正确率72.7%，掌握两种或以上吸入药物的正确率52%，正确与不正确吸入组COPD自我评估（CAT）对比，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。近1年急性加重住院次数对比，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论基层医院中老年COPD患者对吸入药物基本知识掌握水平低，正确操作率偏低，临床症状控制不佳，导致反复急性加重住院，应加强健康教育，科学管理。%Objective To investigate the use of inhaled drugs in the obstructive pulmonary disease COPD in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and to provide the basis for strengthening management.Methods in elderly patients with COPD, in the form of a direct dialogue and site operation were investigated on inhaled drugs with basic knowledge of master degree, actual operation inhalation drug accuracy, clinical symptom score, acute exacerbation of times, analyze and summarize.Results The number of cases was 80 cases, the number of cases was 76 cases completed, the completion rate of 95%, the basic knowledge of drug inhalation aerosol was 53.9%, correctly grasp the correct operation was 46.2%, the letter will be dry powder preparation of the correct rate of 60%, Shu Lidie (quasi nano device)was 58.3%, the correct rate of Spiriva correct rate was 72.7%, master two or more correct rate of drug inhalation was 52%, the correct and incorrect inhalation COPD self assessment compared , was difference had statistically singiifcance,P<0.05. Nearly a year of acute exacerbation of hospitalization also had signiifcant differences in elderly patients with COPD, was difference had statistically signiifcance, P<0.05.ConclusionIn primary hospitals to inhaled drugs master the basic knowledge level is low, the correct operation rate is relatively low. The clinical symptoms of poor control, leading to repeated acute hospitalization, should strengthen health education, scientiifc management.
