FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: haemoglobin concentration in patient's peripheral blood, a systolic pressure value of a pulmonary artery, and an end-diastolic volume of a right ventricle of heart are evaluated. Then the value F is calculated by formula: F=175-27.3×RVt-4.35×SPPA+0.5×H, where H is the peripheral blood haemoglobin concentration, g/l; RVt is the end-diastolic volume of the right ventricle of heart, cm; SPPA is the systolic pressure value of the pulmonary artery, mm Hg.
