股骨撑开器在股骨干骨折闭合复位髓内钉固定术中的价值

摘要

Objective To observe value of the femoral distractor fracture ifxation in closed reduction and intramedullary nail ifxation of the femoral shaft.Methods 100 cases of femoral shaft fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, patients were treated with the femoral distractor for closed reduction and intramedullary nail ifxation and intramedullary nail ifxation in open position, respectively, the treatment effect of two surgical methods were compared.ResultsThe blood loss, length of incision and fracture healing time of the observation group were less and shorter than the control group (P<0.05). The intraoperative fluoroscopy times of the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The advantages on the femoral distractor fracture closed reduction and intramedullary nail fixation of the femoral shaft is obvious, and has high application value in clinical practice.%目的观察股骨撑开器在股骨干骨折闭合复位髓内钉固定术中的价值。方法将100例股骨干骨折患者随机分成观察组和对照组，分别采用股骨撑开器进行闭合复位髓内钉固定术和切开复位髓内钉固定术，比较两种手术方式的治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量、切口长度和骨折愈合时间均少于和短于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组术中透视次数多于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组术后1个月后Harris髋关节和HSS膝关节评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论股骨撑开器在股骨干骨折闭合复位髓内钉固定术中优势明显，在临床中具有较高的应用价值。
