目的：探讨奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床效果和安全性分析。方法选取我院收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者90例，将其随机分为对照组（45例）和观察组（45例），对照组患者给予单纯的奥曲肽治疗，观察组给予奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗，观察比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.3%，优于对照组的66.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效优于单纯使用奥曲肽，且安全性高。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of octreotide combined with statins in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 90 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases), control group were given about octreotide alone, the observation group give octreotide combined with ulinastatin, to observe and compare the therapeutic effect and complications between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, which was better than that of the control group 66.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Ulinastatin combined with octreotide in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is better than the simple use of octreotide, and has high safety.
