服务性学习引入内科护理学教学的效果初探

             

摘要

Objective To evaluate the value of service learning in teaching of internal medicine nursing courses. Methods48 cases three years of nursing students in our school were selected and divided into two groups randomly. Control group (24 cases) using the traditional teaching mode, the experimental group (24 cases) in the traditional teaching mode, basedon the organization of a service learning project every weekend. At the end of the semester, the two groups of students theory and skills assessment results, and the use of a questionnaire survey.Results Of the students in the experimental group the results of theoretical and skill examination results were superior to the control group, and in promotion of communication ability and service consciousness of nursing soft skills are better than the control group, the difference has statistical signiifcance (P<0.05), the experimental group for teaching pattern recognition rate higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of the concept of service learning in department of internal medicine nursing teaching is not only conducive to the students to grasp the knowledge, and can further improve the nursing skills.%目的:探讨服务性学习引入内科护理学教学的应用效果。方法选取我校三年制护理专业学生48名,随机分为两组。对照组(24名)采用传统教学模式,试验组(24名)在传统教学模式的基础上,每周末组织一次服务性学习教学项目。学期末比较两组学生理论成绩和技能考核成绩,并采用问卷调查。结果试验组学生的理论成绩和技能考核成绩均优于对照组,且在沟通能力、服务意识等护理软技能的提升方面优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对于教学模式的认同率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服务性学习理念引入内科护理学教学不仅利于学生对知识的掌握,且可进一步提高护理技能。
