目的：探讨在肿瘤化疗中给予患者预见性护理对深静脉导管堵塞发生的预防效果。方法随机选择2016年3-11月我科收治的68例恶性肿瘤患者分为对照组和观察组，分别给予常规、预见性护理。结果观察组导管总堵塞率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对接受化疗的肿瘤患者实施预见性护理干预，可有效降低深静脉导管堵塞、导管移位等相关并发症发生率。%Objective To investigate the preventive effect of prospective nursing on patients with deep venous catheter obstruction during chemotherapy. Methods 68 patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from March to November 2016, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group were given routing nursing and predictive nursing. Results The total blockage rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of deep venous catheter occlusion, catheter displacement and other complications.
