超声提取三峡库区紫背天葵紫色素研究

     

摘要

Obj ect:To study the optimal conditions of extracting purple pigment from Begonia fimbris-tipula Hance by ultrasonic extraction technology.Methods:Take the yield of purple pigment as the response value,Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface method are applied to investi-gate the factors that affect the ultrasonic extraction.Results:The optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction are:60% of ethanol,the ratio of liquid to material is 25∶1 (V/m),and extraction time is 1 5 min,extracting for 2 times.The average yield of purple pigment under the above mentioned condi-tions is 2.783 mg/g.The method shows good agreement between the experimental data and the pre-dictive values.Conclusion:Ultrasonic extraction is simple and with high yield,which is suitable for the development and utilization of Begonia fimbristipula Hance.%目的:优选三峡库区紫背天葵紫色素超声提取工艺。方法:采用 Box-Behnken 实验设计,结合响应面法,以紫色素得率为响应值,考察影响超声提取的主要因素。结果:超声提取的最佳工艺为用25倍(m/V)60%乙醇,提取2次,提取时间为15 min。在上述条件下,紫色素平均得率为2.783 mg/g,这一结果与模型预测值符合良好。结论:超声提取法提取得率高、操作简便,可用作紫背天葵的开发利用。
