黄姜色素超声波法提取纯化H艺及性质研究

         

摘要

黄姜色素是从姜科植物的根茎中提取的一种具有抗氧化作用的天然化合物,广泛添加于食品、化妆品和药品中。主要应用超声波从黄姜中提取黄姜色素,对提取时间、提取功率、乙醇浓度以及料液比等影响因素进行研究,确定最佳的提取工艺条件。同时采用大孔树脂法对提取液进行纯化,获取高浓度的黄姜色素,然后测其清除自由基的能力。结果表明:超声法提取黄姜色素的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶50、超声波功率250 W、乙醇浓度75%、提取时间20 min,在此参数下提取液浓度为0.0176 mg/mL。用大孔树脂法吸附的最佳时间为50 min,解吸时间为60 min,对DPPH 的清除率可达57.89%。%Turmeric pigment,which is a peptide with antioxidant effect of natural compound,is extracted from the roots of Zingiberaceae plants,being widely added in food,cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.The turmeric pigment is extracted from turmeric use ultrasonic method,and in order to determine the best extraction process,the influence factors including extraction time,extraction power,ethanol concentration and ratio of material and liquid are researched.Besides,macroporous resin method is used for purifying the solution,which can obtain high concentration of curcumin.And then its ability of scavenging free radical is detected.The results show that the optimum process conditions of ultrasonic method for extracting turmeric pigment are as follows:material-liquid ratio of 1∶50,ultrasonic power of 250 W,solvent concentration of 75% and extraction time of 20 min.Under these parameters,turmeric extracting solution concentration is 0.0176 mg/mL.The best adsorption time is 50 min with macroporous resin and the desorption time is 60 min.The clearance rate of DPPH is up to 57.89%.
