固相萃取-超高效液相色谱质谱法测定液体乳中爱德万甜

摘要

An UPLC-MS/MS method is established for the determination of advantame in liquid milk. The sample extraction solution is cleaned by Oasis HLB SPE column.The separation is performed on C18 column with the mobile phases of acetonitrile-0.1％ formic acid.The identification and quantitation of advantame is performed by MS/MS in positive electrospray ionization(ESI+)and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM)mode.The results show that good linearity is obtained in the range of 0.1～1000 ng/mL for advantame with correlation coefficient of 0.9992.The LOD of the method is 2μg/kg.The recovery is 90％～116％ with RSD of 0.21％～1.59％(n=6).The developed method is accurate,reliable,sensitive and suitable for the determination of advantame in liquid milk.%建立了HLB固相萃取(SPE)净化-超高效液相色谱/串联三重四级杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定液体乳中新型食品添加剂爱德万甜的方法.样品提取液经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈-甲酸水溶液为流动相,用高效液相色谱进行分离后,通过电喷雾正离子(ESI+)模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量分析.结果表明:爱德万甜在1～1000 ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9992,方法的检出限为2μg/kg.爱德万甜在不同类型液体乳中的加标回收率范围为90％～116％,相对标准偏差为0.21％～1.59％(n=6).该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高,适用于液体乳中爱德万甜的测定.
