气质联用和固相微萃取在提取洗衣液香气成分中的应用

摘要

采用原版花香型香精直接进样法和SPME法对洗衣液进行了提取分析，结合GC-MS对比了两种方法在定性定量分析上的特征。实验结果表明，香精直接进样法定性定量都会比较准确；SPME法提取出苧烯，对头香原料方面的探测更加灵敏，可为调香师进一步开发和研究洗衣液香精提供帮助。%The floral essencein laundry detergent was extracted and detected respectively by the methods of original floral fragrance direct injection and the SPME. The differences on qualitative and quantitative analysis of two methods were compared by the GC-MS. It is showed that original floral fragrance direct injection exhibits a better accuracy on qualitative and quantitative analysis. The limonene was extracted by SPME method which have a better sensitivity for top note and contributes to the further research and development of laundry detergent fragrance.
