皂化原水COD与TOC相关性的试验研究

             

摘要

Saponification wastewater from propylene oxide production was produced by chlorine alcohol process. There was a certain correlation between COD and TOC data in the case of stable wastewater quality,and the quantitative linear regression equations could be established to achieve TOC conversion to COD.The COD and TOC values of saponification wastewater and effluent were tested and analyzed by linear regression in this paper. It was found that there was a respective linear correspondence between TOC and COD of saponification wastewater and treated effluent,and the COD values could be calculated according to TOC data by respective linear relationship. Meanwhile,the conversion process had high accuracy and precision,easy operation and short measuring time.%采用氯醇法工艺生产环氧丙烷产生的皂化原水,在水质稳定的情况下,其COD与TOC数据之间存在一定的相关性,能够通过建立定量线性回归方程式,实现TOC对COD的转换.试验分别测试了皂化原水以及处理后出水的COD与TOC数值,并对所得数据进行线性回归分析.结果表明,皂化原水以及处理后出水的TOC与COD之间有各自的线性对应关系,可根据TOC数据来推算COD数值,测试结果准确度和精密度较高,操作简便,测量时间短.
