海带酶解产物对海参生长及其免疫相关因子的影响

     

摘要

采用生物酶降解技术处理海带,研究海带酶解产物对海参的生长及其免疫相关因子表达的影响,探讨其作为饵料添加剂的应用前景.结果表明,酶解海带寡糖和酶解海带泥在海参生长方面均有促进作用,其中分别添加10%和25%的海带寡糖和酶解海带泥的效果最佳(海参生长率分别为76.60%和40.30%).另外,酶解海带寡糖可以提高海参体壁组织中免疫相关因子(超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP))的活性,通过减少丙二醛(MDA)的产生保护机体免受氧化损伤(添加10%海带寡糖使MDA释放量降低至0.002 2 μmol/mg).%Laminaria japonica was treated by biological enzymes degradation technology, and the effects of the L. japonica enzymatic hydrolysate on the growth and immune-related factors expression of sea cucumber was studied, and to explore the application prospect of theL. japonica enzymatic hydrolysate as a bait additive. The results showed that the L. japonica enzymatic hydrolysate including oligosaccharides and mud could promote the growth of sea cucumber. The effect of adding oligosaccharide 10% and mud 25% was the optimal, and the growth rate of sea cucumber was 76.60% and 40.30%, respectively. In addition, the enzymatic hydrolysis oligosaccharides of L. japonica could increase the activity of immune-related factors including superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), alkaline phosphatase (ACP), acid phosphatase (AKP) in the perisome tissue of sea cucumber, and decrease the production of malondialdehyde (MDA), which could protect the body from oxidative damage (MDA release amount was reduced to 0.002 2 μmol/mg when adding the enzymatic hydrolysis oligosaccharides 10%).
